Berlin Main Street - Ambassador and Welcome Center Volunteers

Become a volunteer at the Coolest Small Town in America. You can be the one to make a memorable impression on a visitor!

There are two opportunities to volunteer for Berlin Main Street:

Berlin Welcome Center is open year-round. Seeking volunteers who are interested in sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm about Berlin with visitors. As a volunteer in the welcome center, you will meet and greet visitors and provide details on area activities, accommodations, events and other information of interest to our visitors.

Berlin Ambassadors support the town during the peak business hours May through September, Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 pm and 1 pm to 3:00 p.m. Berlin Ambassadors are a friendly face on Main Street that assist our visitors with any questions they might have, hand out town information, and guide our visitors towards shops, restaurants or attractions in the town and local communities.
